I ordered a cellphone package online, in which they advertised that a car charger would be part of the package. They delivered me an incomplete package because there was NO car charger included in the delivery. Its been nearly 2 months that I've been phoning, and STILL nothing has been done, I have been promised numerous times that the matter would be dealt with, but I am STILL waiting for at least a phone call to let me know what's happening.
