On 3 Aug 2013, Hilda Luiz spent 3 1/2 hours at Nashua Mobile Sandton to get her data transferred from one phone to another. They managed to delete her photos. Various promises made by Nashua Mobile weren't kept. On 4 Sep 2013, an email was sent to mr Dave Rawlinson from Reunert to inform him of the incident. To date no feedback was received from him.
Below is the standard response posted to hellopeter by Nashua Mobile. To date we still didn't receive an apology from a senior manager.
