I have recently switched over my ADSL line due to poor connectivity problems, I signed up online with openweb, all went well and efficient, I was billed pro rata for the last couple of days last month R149, then a debit order for R299 went of for the month of October, it is now the 7th of the month I have not had one full day of connectivity yet, I tried calling their call centre and get left on hold. I was assured it would be dealt with quickly, guess not. If I can come away with a refund of Octobers deduction and cancel this account I would be very greatful, they can have the R149 of which I did not use as well.
I really feel uneasy and feel as though I have been.
