Sounds so easy

After a long hard think I decided to switch to FNB. FNB makes it sounds so easy after hearing all the great advertising. I applied for a debit card and credit card online. This was two weeks ago. After going in with all my paper work into the branches I was assured that my two cards will be arriving in 5 days. I received my debit card a week and half later and when I inquired about my credit card I was informed that they are still awaiting outstanding paperwork from me? I went in again with some more needed paperwork. My paperwork was okayed and sent off at the branch. Today I phoned them to ask about my outstanding credit card and I was told that they are still awaiting my paperwork? I was never notified that the card division didn't get my outstanding paperwork?

I had to phone FNB to find out what is happening only to find out I had to resend all my paperwork. And this after they transferred me 7 times to different people even though I phoned their credit card division. I also then received a message from FNB to please phone them back. When I did no one could tell me why I had to do so? I must admit that I am having second thoughts.
