Double Charges on My Contract

This is my third hello peter complaint regarding this issue and nobody has called me back after I was promised so. I have dealt with Nelly about a month ago. I sent her emails and two hello peter complaints prior to this and Nelly has not called me or responded at all. This is ridiculous!!! I am being charged twice for contract. Two debit orders are going out of my account when I only have one contract. last month i did not exceed my contract limit yet R74 was taken from my account instead of the R39. I was charged twice for the sim connection fee as well. I was promised before that it was resolved and I will have a credit on my account but it has not. ON my Previous hello peter complaint i did not receive a call instead i just got a response saying that a bigger credit note has been placed on my account. Cell c are, why cant It be resolved I want my money back now! i dont want a credit note because i will be having the same problem again this month when my debit orders go out.
