Not happy with service from nelly
nelly just fowarded my details back to the repair centre (who could not help me in the first place) & the repair centre insists that the warranty period is 1 year only. BUT Samsung says its 2yrs (1yr with samsung 1yr with service provider)
i supplied them with the telephone number ref number for samsung, but Nelly says i must get it in writing to say its 2 year warranty (which is not my job)
please refer my complaint to another person as nelly is not helpful
and please supply ref numbers for all my complaints logged, so i can send all details to my lawye
