This is my third hello peter complaint regarding this issue and nobody has called me back after I was promised so. I have dealt with nelly about a month ago. I sent her emails and two hello peter complaints prior to this and Nelly has not called me or responded at all. This is ridiculous!!! I am being charged twice for contract. Two debit orders are going out of my account when I only have one contract. I was charged twice for the sim connection fee as well. I was promised before that it was resolved and I will have a credit on my account but it has not. Cell c are and why cant It be resolved I want my money back now!!!
