New Customer - Bad experience

I created a 4Meg account 5-August and was using it fine. I moved in to a new house and the internet there sync at 10Meg. So I created a 10Meg service on the same account.

The new 10meg account did not want to work so I contacted Axxess to ask why they told me I have to process the R68 payment. I did that once still did not work. I did it a second time and the payment button disappeared (Drawing the conclusion it worked this time). I notice this payment went though 3 times!

As soon as the 10Meg service started working I cancelled my 4meg service.

I did not notice any real difference in speed between 4Meg and 10Meg account so I decided to downgrad back to 4Meg service on 30-Sept. The 10Meg service downgrade to 4Meg on your website was successful and I even received an email confirmation that it was done.

The 4Meg service cancellation was successful on the website and the account was removed from my list, now suddenly it is back.

Now I got charged almost R700 for this month!!!

I sent mails to Roxanne on [Email Removed] with proof of the downgrade but no response. I phoned now again and Melien said i should forward it again.

POOR POOR SERVICE for a new customer!!
