With all the promises of fast internet I faithfully pay my account on time or they will cut it of withing zero time, but is it not and money when I pay for dedicated 4meg service and started suspecting my line is slower and slower. So I call customer service after a couple days to find out if all my data has been used? No they say all seems fine and I'm on the 2meg service. What! 2 meg? So why am I paying for a 4meg service? You think they will refund me or give me a month usage free? We are talking about Telkom here.
