Ad service and bad attitude

I sent my blackberry to get repaired, it is ten months old and the charging pin broke, they said its not covered under warranty which i accepted, then they quoted me to repair for R 855, which is very high for a phone that only sold for R 1600, i declined and got my phone back, i then saw that the sim reader and the scroll key was damaged which wasn't the case when i sent it in, now i fail to get any decent response from them and i got an independent quote for the charge pin for only R 250, so i think that vodacom is ripping me off and now they dont even want to accept responsibility for the damages they caused, and after i complained they said the quote was for a replacement unit which wasn't the case, so im still waiting for a response after numerous e mails
