I had a contract with vodacom (phonically) for 2 cellphones. On 18-02-2013 my 2 phones (Sumsang and Nokia) were dilivered, I called their activation dept number (0821945) to activate my 2 simcards, only 1 s/card was activated but the other one (89450000000018484536) had a problem. I spoke to more than 10 consultants saying one thing "YOUR SIMCARD WILL BE ACTIVATED IN 5 HOURS". I waited so many 5hrs until on the 10-04 2013 I wrote an email to Vodacom's customercare requesting an assistant, I have a long chain of emails of my conversation with the 3 people I mentioned above they tried to assit, I told them I won't pay the services that i didn't use so Ulga said for not paying they charge me R100 penalty p/month. I used that other simcard 1 month only, on 10-06-2013 Ulga said I owe Vodacom R1012. On the 29-08-2013 I spoke with Melanie on the phone asking him what is the procedure if i want to cancel this contract because it stresses me as i will end-up being blacklisted if I am not already blacklisted, he said their financial dept will call me until now. According to me, is their fault I'm in this mess of debts they delayed the process. Kindly assist I want my name to be cleared
