As logged before, numerous times, CellC's contracts are a total rip-off. Terrible signal for all services, data and calls is totally useless. They offer lots of data and free minutes on their contracts, don't be fooled, you will not be able to even use it.
I challenge you CellC, go check my account since it was taken out, every month up to 90% of the data and minutes are carried over and this is totally due to not being able to use it at all.
No they are NOT a company that "responds" on Hellopeter. A standard response of a technician that will contact you and never does is NOT a response. How about changing that to "Resolves issues"?
Frustrated beyond note with this CellC and cannot do anything to get out of this ridiculous non-service contract.
This is TOTALLY RIDICULOUS and is adding to giving South Africa a bad raputation of the quality of service.
This is my 4th hellopeter log and this too is not helping to resolve this issue.
Changing phones also did not help, changed twice and different makes aswell.
