PRE477780 - "BELIEVE" OR "UNBELIEF" CELLC SERVICE

My son's handset was given in for repair on 03/12/2013, and was returned on the 30/12/2013. The Manager at the Liberty Mall stated that CELLC had given him a new handset. When we took it home, it worked for an hour and the same problem existed. My Wife spoke to Basheer, the Manager at the Pietermaritzburg Store and informed him that we were unable to bring it in as we were leaving on holiday. He said that he would record this on the system and once back we needed to bring in the phone. We took the handset back on the 13/01/2014. It has been sent away and nobody can provide feedback. Spoke to a Supervisor - twice, by the name of Aditee Rajballi, who now does not exist. Between my wife, my son and I, we cannot get any feedback on the handset from CELLC, which is worrying. We leave messages and no response is received. I have 3 contracts with CELLC to the value of R 600, 00 which I intend cancelling due to the poor, shoddy service that is provided when we encounter problems. I have had to pay for 2 months for my son's contract that is not being used as the handset is with CELLC. They have sent another refurbished handset, which I am not willing to accept. Service is pathetic.
