Still have no joy!!!

Just to imform the public- i was promised a resolution and never ever returned my money!!!
Vodacom are a bunch of liars and!!!
[Email Removed] ( shameegh Frieslaar) 05.09.13 emailed to say credit will be passed 06.09.13...
Guess what??? i still paid my full bill and no credit!!! i wont accept waiting for my money or credit this is overdue and overdue is overdue...
