Some 13 years ago, just fresh out of school i had opened a Hub account. Being young and unaware the account had gone into arrears. I had paid up the amount as i was living in Johannesburg at the time. Upon moving back to Durban and being here 4 years already without any major accounts besides 3 with Vodacom, Foshini and Cell c i find that i now have an active overdue account with the Hub as i did a credit report to check my status before i apply for vehicle finance. Overdue by 09months? What the he!!? I've tried contacting the company via phone and email and have had no such joy.
Please assist as 13 years is a heck of a long time.
