I received an sms confirming that my credit card is overdue. I went to the branch to find out how possible will that be and for them to provide me with a billing breakdown for an overdue amount. To my surprise that even a call centre agent cannot explain what I really owe and the only thing they could tell me is what to pay and they will reverse other charges. I paid the amount I was told to pay at the time and I trusted that everything was resolved. Now I'm getting another phone call and a statement stating that my credit card is overdue. I asked the lady to please check the person I dealt with before and see if there's any reversals on the account, she said she will come back to me and I'm still waiting. Please do not over charge me and not be able to explain what I owe you when I need to know, Please employ people with a customer service experience who will be able to do their jobs. I need someone who is competent enough to investigate this matter and come back to me prepared as I'm not going to let you guys add any more money without any explainations.
