Hi i have 2:40 hrs free anytime minutes -252 free sms's -232MB available data.- But on both my contracts im still being billed for usage. I have never call any international number ever. The minutes provided to me is any time minutes which allows-landlines -and cell phone network and 0860- There is no special number section saying i will be billed stipulated in my contract. i want this sorted out asap. And the moneys credited back into my account. I have always liked cell c as a network please don't make me change my mind.
