VODACOM DOES NOT HELP OR CARE

I upgraded my phone in December 2012 to a Blackberry bold. You are supposed to get a spare battery with the phone. It is not May 2013 and not a single outlet has these batteries in stock. I phoned this morning as my phone (fully charged at 23h00 last night) decided to die and not set off my alarm. It had run flat all by itself in the middle of the night. Many other problems are being encountered with this phone, let me list them: 1. Freezes at least once a day. 2. Reboots itself and this even sometimes when you are in the middle of a call. 3. Goes to SOS often and then you need to remove the battery to sort the issue. 4. Does not talk to the blue tooth in my car. I have spoken to the shop where i bought the phone to no avail, I have phoned customer care, upgrades and cancellations. They all refer me to the shop or i can cancel and pay R6 5000.00??? I finally get hold of the manager at the Vodashop at the Glen after leaving 2 messages. He says that all he can do is send the phone in for repairs and if they cannot repair it i can get a refurbished phone. WHAT? Or i can take out another contract to get another phone. So they sell me a faulty phone & wont take responsibility
