How does one get technical support on the weekend??? YOU CANT!!!
There are no after hours numbers, and the please call me does not work, even MyClientZone request, with a promise of 57minutes callback, is non existent.
How pathetic!!!
In today internet age, if I have a problem, I need help NOW as a paying customer, not 2 days later.
If they dont sort me out asap I will go elsewhere
