10 September 2013 I laid a complaint with Hello [URL Removed] about my handset that I gave in 3 July 2013 for repairs (9300 Blackberry), after I contacted Hello Peter they contacted me and promised to solve the issue but its nearly again a month later and I stil have no repaired handset. What do I do to solve this problem please help.
