No Data for my 2Gig Topup contract

My Data on my 2 Gig topup contract was not allocated to my simcard and I called Vodacom 3 May Ref S3-TP337-7AE4J After I had no feedback on 4 of May I called again and got an new Ref S3-TP436-6ZOIC because the previous one was closed without reason. I was told I used my data although the operator agreed that the system shows that I used less than 200 meg (250 meg topup I made) I also asked that they email my usage for the pre month. I received no email. After they tried to call me on Sunday and I wasn't available and contacted them as soon as I got their message. I was told they closed the request because they could not get hold of me. A new request was filed Ref nr. s3-TP52D-DNRGD also I again asked that usage be mailed. I got no email, only a sms that they will call back within 24hr. After 48hr of not hearing anything 8May I went to Vodashop Oudtshoorn. I received a usage printout that shows I did not receive data for the last few months. A new ref was given S3-TP82R-R29FC. 48 hours on, no response I again went to Vodashop they could not help me futher. I used R949 worth of topup data on 3 Simcards do my work.
