On 18 September, while looking for an ISP to replace my MWeb ADSL (MWeb are rubbish btw, steer clear), I asked for clarity on Web Africa's star rating policy. To date I have received no response, leading me to assume either that responding to emails is too much trouble for Web Africa staff, or that they prefer to be deliberately vague about their acceptable usage policy... perhaps because they know that to be honest would chase prospective customers away.
Had Web Africa responded satisfactorily, I would have become their customer at the end of this month but instead I will be signing up with AfriHost.
