I upgraded to an Iphone 5 64gig on the 4th of March, on the 14th of March my phone made a blue screen and crashed. I took it in to Cell C Centurion and all they could tell me is "sorry mam, we need to send it in". You can understand my frustration as i only had the phone for 10 days and now left doing a sim swap to go back to my old blackberry. I received sms's of its tracking in the repair centre and decided to find out how long it will take to get my phone back. I phoned today at 14:30, after 22 minutes of holding on, i eventually spoke to a lady (very helpfull, but of no help to me, as the only thing she could do from her side is do a request to hurry up). By now Cell C has had my phone for 20 days (11 working days) after i mearly had the phone for 10 days. So now i'm left still paying my contract on a phone i don't have as well as insurance on a R12500 phone that i dont have! This is unacceptable!! Surely Cell C can assist from their side in a case like this, in either speeding up the process or replacing the phone, because i didnt get any joy from it!! Ref number CLC906689
