Delay in transferring business line

I have been waiting since 28 June 2013 (this is the date they would of transferred the line - ref nr 80538031) for Telkom to transfer my line to my new business building. I understand that there was a delay getting the lines to the new building but after a long delay this was done last week. Telkom now want me to wait until 29th, maybe if im lucky the 25th to have the line connected...
Due to their incompetence they were unable to keep my land line voice message or call divert active (to my cell phone), so Im getting a lot of complaints from my clients, as the land line is just inactive.

The longer my landline is inactive, the more business I'm loosing... And nobody seems to understand or is willing to assist
