New Contract

I was contacted by one of the sale peronel of Elite Moblie and offered a top-up contract. I was using pay as you go (no problem) and then my contract started as wel as my problems. I was told by the sales person that i must just contact them to switch on my BBIS. They would do it immediately for me and because of that i agreed on the contract. I use my phone for bussiness. Now almost 20 days later im still waiting for my BBIS to be switched on. All my mail use to go to my phone. I have been buzy with tenders and lots almost one of them due to this pathetic service. When I phoned them they told me I have to wait 30 days and when I told them I it not acceptable I would like to speak to someone about it that there are no one else that can help me. To me this is breach of contract and up to now no one has contacted me regarding this issue. They are quick to take your money and that where it stops.
