4 months to repair a phone you broke, and charge m

I booked my phone in for repairs on 21-07-13, received an sms to collect it on 03-08-13, eneded up leaving the phone with Vodacom Westgate again, because they had broken my screen, I was re assured that they would sort it out and have the back in my hands within 3 weeks. 4 months later I still don't have my phone, but my account gets debited religiously. I sent numerous e-mails to the customer care e-mail address with no responses from them, after going on to hallo peter, I received some feed back and a whole lot of empty promises, I then received another sms, to say that my phone is ready again, i went to collect it on the 24-09-13, just to be told that I have to fork out R1595.46. for the repairs to a phone that they broke?? really?? Ive spoken to an Edward, a Rochell, a Thembi, a Desmond, a Attlee, and whole lot of other people all bullsh! ters, today ive spoken to a Junaid, who promised to get back to me tomorrow, I doubt he will, as this is the service one can expect from Vodacom. This is the service ive been getting, and to make matters worse, they insult me by offering me R270 for the inconvenience. Now badmouthing them on "hallo peter", clearly doesn't work, so what the?
