I took out a 24 months top up contract with MTN business, for a fixed amount of R269. My contract has gone up twice in less than a year into the contract. It went up to R314 and Mtn could not give me a solid reason. I accepted this since I did not have any teeth to fight them. now my contract has gone up to R328, This is pure. MTN has to tell me why this is happening. They threaten to blacklist me if I reverse the amount. Can someone please give me a reason why they are money from my account??? I cant flipen wait for this contract to expire and I move back to Vodacom. Contracts are fixed. they don't go up.
