First off they captured my address incorrectly onto the system after I filled it out in the forms. Then the call centre tells me the technician logged a call about the cable outside my house being damaged, how can he say the cable is damaged if he wasn't even at my house? I have phoned the Telkom call centre 6 times today and spoken to 6 different people, having to explain 6 times and also having to confirm my details 6 times of which my address is part of. 6 times I gave them my address and 6 times the didn't pick up that I was giving them a different address to what was on the screen. Then I ask to speak to a manager or supervisor and get put on hold permanently.
