TELKOM FAILURE TO DELIVER

Since my last comment on Hello Peter, nothing has been done to help my Gran. She applied for a Telkom prepaid telephone line over a month ago, and still to this day Telkom has not come to install it. I have spoken to Telkom 7 times to fix her address and she has spoken to Telkom 5 times to fix her address. Her boyfriend has been to the lakeside mall twice, and the manager of her complex once and still you people cannot get the address right. You also still keep smsing my mom and not my gran when you make an appointment (to which no one shows) twice my gran has had to sit at home the whole day waiting for you lot! Please can someone rectify this! The complex she stays in are in two locations, there is one in boksburg and one in brakpan. She is in the one in Brakpan. She has already paid for this line so now Telkom thinks because it's already been paid for that they can just take their time and keep messing her around. If this does not get sorted out I will have no choice but to get my lawyers involved. I suggest you get your act together or you are going to end up paying.
