I have been offline more than a week now. A small section of our cable has been in our road which caused everybody to be offline. I was the first to report it as I was the first to notice that the cable has been. I even notified the police.
The very next day a technician came and put up a temporary connection to 1 house further down our road. The following day another technician came. I have been calling the call center on a daily basis and also begged the technician that was busy on the poll right by my house to just temporarily connect me as I am just a few meters away from the DB.
My case has been escalated countless times and been marked as urgent so many times but still nothing is getting resolved.
