In July 2013 my huaband Mr FJ Bezuidenhout upgraded to the Sony Xperia Go phone on his Vodacom contract.
When he looked on his October 2013 Bank Statement there was 3 debit order deductions.
Phob Em 34727853- 3 R 25.00
Ispb Em 34727853- 2 R 29.00
Somu Em 34727853-4 R 49.00
Total amount a month R103.00
FNB informed him that it was from Sony Music Downloads and that we can stop this debit orders on line which is did.
Vodacom confirmed his 'As discussed, the amount deducted on your statement is done by Sony Mobile. You may contact them on 0861632222 or 0116903555 (chargeable call) for assistance.'

I immediately phoned the above numbers where they asked for options.
I pressed option 2 to speak to a Afrikaans person and got through to a English lady who did not understand my problem and told me she would get someone to phone me back. Well it is 9 December 2013 and I am still waiting.

After numerous calls and emails I was told to phone this number then that number send an email to this addres and then that address nobody seems to be able to help.

As my husband only use his Phone calls and taking pictures.
