So i was issued a dongle that didn't work??? but when i entered the store i was nonchalantly told by Loyiso that he cant help me as the technician and manager is not available in the store and there's nothing to be done. I just have to come back. After not accepting this as clearly the doors are still open and trading still clearly in effect i advised i will not leave this store until i receive help. I was then assisted ever so gladly by the rest of the staff members and my bad experience with Loyiso was completely overshadowed by the helpful friendly and efficient service received from the rest of the team especially Kim and Edwin. A sim swop and dongle replaced i was up and running. Keep u the Good work guys.
