We are currently 4 people in one house, utilising 8 Vodacom numbers, contract and pre paid. We are staying approximately 25km's outside of town, in a newly developed area (maybe not so new, as we are now 4.5 years in this area). Most of our days, we could not call from our phones to any other cell or landline. I am running a business, and am afraid this will kill my business relationships! What can we do to resolve this bad reception, as if we do manage to connect at all, calls are dropping. We 'redo' every call 3 or 4 times, or just forget about trying to resolve any discussion telephonically, revert to email - a HUGE struggle and HUGE frustration. Where do we complain, as possibly it's our tower in the area, not capable of handling all traffic?
