Hi, I ordered ADSL from Telkom a few weeks ago, called 10210 to find out when installation will take place and a date was confirmed (03/10/2013). A sms was sent to my mobile to confirm this.

This morning I got a call from the installer and when confirming my address I found out that Telkom gave me a new address.

I called the support line and spoke to a consultant that said that he would check up on this matter and get back to me but nothing has happened yet. I had to make special arrangements at work to get the day off and now my time is being wasted.

I've been making several calls to different departments of Telkom today and it's still not resolved, all I'm told is that I must wait they will get back to me.

I think the service is absolutely pathetic
