I am a loyal supporter of Mtn for over 5 years now i just dont understand how u can offer a LTE service yet u will not upgrade my simcard to LTE instead you want to charge me something like 120 to do a sim swap. then why offer LTE as a value added service if you are not going to upgraded the simcard to LTE sim.it just makes no sense (NB i have checked and where i live does fall in the LTE region as per your LTE coverage map). Is this really a service or just something to pull the wool over peoples eyes?
