I have bought a lounge suite, the sales lady was fantastic, but once I signed the papers all I have been getting is the run around. First of all I was told they just needed a bank statement showing my salary, which is sent, I then had to phone back and was then told no they had not done anything as they needed 3 months bank statements, I then sent that through, still no feedback. I then phoned again and was told that they only got part of the statements even though my email I sent through showed all the statements, so resent the email. Phoned this morning asking when delivery would be taking place and keep getting told someone will phone me and I never get a call, I have to keep phoning. I have been dealing with this branch for many years and am a very good customer but seems to me that once you have signed they just could not care. It seems to me they just expect you to sit around and wait for them to phone, do not care if you have other things to do.
