I have a talk 500 contract with Vodacom and purchase data bundles as per needed. On Feb 2, 2014 however my line was soft locked and I received several sms's to state i had reached my limit. This kept happeneing for a few times on same day and i had called the 082 111 number 6 times and the only solution they could have was for me to keep increasing my call limit. The technical error was on their side and Feb1-3 is when they ran their billing but call centre customer care people were helpless and not even the "assistant" manager seemed to have a clue. So he logged a call with their data technical support and i was told they would give me feedback within 24 hours! 1 Today is Thurday the 6 of Feb and i have not had a call from them or any correction to my account. i have over 6GB of data left and also more than 400min of call time yet i am being billed for a technical error on Vodacom side of more than R1000!!
