In almost 2 years I am with Nashua Mobile i have never been upset so. They increased my limit without notifying me and I am told this is done automatically. I am very upset with the services that was given in the past month.
Nashua should communicate with their clients like other providers and ask "if you would like to increase your limit".
this is done after a contract renewal, why the wait? :(
