6 Months of Billing Queries NOT RESOLVED

In July 2013 I started my never ending journey in querying my account and I still have had no resolution. I have been over charged for the months of May 2013, June 2013 and July 2013 to the value of approximately R7000.00! I was told that I updated my app's and therefore the high data charges. Knowing that I did not do this, I asked for proof and I have sent two URL request forms through to Autopage asking for proof of my data usage. These URL forms were sent in August 2013 and again in September 2013 and I have had no response from Autopage. No proof of such high data usage has been sent to me. The East London Branch manager has queried this for me on my behalf and she was told to not get involved in client billing queries. Each time I call the call center for help, I get transferred from one person to the next, never resolving the problem and spending hundreds of rands on phone calls. It has been 6 months of querying these charges and I have had no proof of this spending. Since July, I have used my ipad more now than I did I then, and I have never had such high charges, therefore I have no doubt that these of approx R7000.00 are incorrect and I'm due a refund. Terrible Service!!!
