After a very long process in May, June and July - Nashua Mobile finally admitted their mistake on the application of my data bundle and agreed to refund an amount to my cellphone account. So far - no refund has appeared. I assume they charge interest on overdue balances - perhaps it is time I started charging interest and penalty fees of overdue refunds. Seriously guys - I have been a client for around 7 years, am a fairly extensive user of your services and I have received consistently disgusting service for the last year. PLEASE refund the amount you agreed to directly to my back account with interest!
