I have a Contract with Cell C and since the Contract I have not even been able to use the phone but I'm paying for it. Cell C promises 97% coverage but they are unable to help me get coverage either at my work place which is in Midrand or at Home Randburg. I have logged a lot of service call with Cell c and even went to the Store but NO one of the Company got back to me to this day and thats been ongoing for 6 Months now, they cant help me, to make matters worse they don't even bother to try resolve this issue by at-least calling me and updating their call References. I have 4 with me (eventhough I have more, the 4 is the ones I kept in file but I STILL Didn't get a call from this PEOPLE. they are building a new huge Head-Office but cannot keep their clients happy -WHY??? I request they get back to me they always say they will call me but NO. I gave them alternative numbers still NO ONE from CELL C will call You. I am regretful for taking this contract and I will NEVER refer anybody to use them NEVER
