I changed mobile operators in JUne 2013 after being with the competitor for 5.5 years!! I was lured by the call rates and data packages of Cell C... to my dismay I have regretted the move from day one.
Cell C network coverage is almost non-existent. I live in Sandton and can NEVER use the internet on my phone from home. I can hardly use my cell phone. When travelling on the road I often have no reception and feel like this is a great risk to me as I travel alone in the evenings!!
I have asked Cell C to cancel my contract but they have promised to send a technician out to my place almost 10 days ago. I am still waiting...
All I want is to be able to swap service providers without having to face a penalty.
Please help!!!
