2 weeks without my phone!

I am on a very high cost package and therefore capped the line at R2000 in July when I upgraded. Quanita the consultant in Somerset Mall said she did that for me and my bill will never go over. I ended up with a /- R24000 bill. My line is now under investigation and my phone line suspended. I don't know how I ever lived without a phone because this is a nightmare! I cant even send a please call me to anybody. Lesley contacted me on 17 Sept and the matter is still not sorted out. I think you will all agree with me that if i capped my account at R2000 a month and it goes over that, it should have stopped thus I am not the liable party here. And now I have to struggle without a phone.
I had a crisis yesterday and couldn't even get through to the "free" call-centre/helpline!!
If my phone doesn't work by close of business TODAY. 2nd of October, I will take that as a breach of contract from Vodacom's side and this will void our contract. My friend Also has a Galaxy S4 which never runs out of time and is capped at R400 at Cell C and he has never paid a cent in. So how can Vodacom do this to me? I was a loyal customer for 16 years and this is what I get?!
