Misleading staff, Bad service!

I upgraded my 3G account from uncapped to a 3Gig capped account. I've worked in IT for many years and to my and most peoples understanding, capped means you cannot keep surfing/downloading etc. when you reach you cap. I was billed extra last month because i'm apparently on an open line! How on earth can you MTN justify your staff signing people onto something like that without letting them know? How can you market a capped account with an open line? That is blatant contradiction! your sale person did not discuss the open line with me, my wife can verify as she was present. Why should I be held liable for the extra cost? You are advertising falsely!
As a loyal customer for more than 10 years, you disgust me MTN. And I queried this last week, and guess what, no response. You will be losing me and any other customers.
