So last night Vodacom over deducted from my account by a R400.40 an apparently im liable for it. This is not the first time it has happened, last year OctNov there was also an insane amount which i just had to pay and all the proof i got from Vodacom was a Excel spreadsheet with lots of data and i just had to accept it!
Because of this i had my data line capped at R149.00, and now i get a bill of R400 and all i get told is the "Terms and Conditions" over and over!!

However my terms and conditions was cap it at R149.00 to avoid this issue but that as ignored and now they do not want to refund my money and because of this I want my contract CANCELLED
Another thing is where i stay my signal is BAD and when i say BAD i mean 1 bar to No service, this has been going on for 3 years and all i get is they still busy working on it!
So please vodacom you guys offered to cap my data @ the R149 and iaccepted now im still getting a crazy bill which i will not stand fo
