About 6 months ago I received a huge data bill about 3 months after I upgraded because I went out of my bundle of 2Gb. I then complained on Hello Peter about this because I did tell the consultant at the store that it should be capped at 2Gb. In the end I had to pay the bill of about R1500 and they changed it to be capped at 2Gb. Now yesterday I realised that it is not capped and that I will be getting a nice surprise on my invoice once again in June. This after according to me it was capped when I upgraded and after the previous surprise on my bill. How many times do I need to ask the consultant to cap my contract??? and then still its not done. Now I also know how this is going to end and that all I will get is an apology and that you are very sorry but I will still have to pay the bill. Now because of the consultant's neglect or lack of knowledge I have to pay the penalty once again.
