No Service because Altech erred

On the 24th of February 2012 my cell phone was and on the same date I reported this to Altech Autopage, who subsequently suspended this sim card and phone. In March 2013 I became aware that the phone miraculously had over R3000 worth of calls on it. I reported this to the Altech Autopage branch in Menlyn Pretoria on the 28th of March 2013 and one Jermaine logged my complaint with the Altech department. I faxed the required affidavit to Altech and thought that would be the end of it. Was I mistaken!! Every month since then my phone has been suspended because of the arrears amount of R3000 on my account, which I specifically won't pay as I did not make or authorise the calls on a phone that was so reported and suspended. I have now grown tired of this and explaining the same thing over and over and not getting any resolution whatsoever. The drones working in the call centres (including the drone supervisors and drone managers) are incapable of understanding the issue and am just stuck on the same line: "... yes but you are in arrears and we cannot open the line...". Altech stuffs up and I must suffer therefore. Now they have lost all records of this!!
