Axxess? whats going on? I have an uncapped account and am unable to use it since yesterday. It keeps giving a message that I'm capped. How does an uncapped account get capped on the 1st of the month? it points to a website w w w . y o u a r e c a p p e d . c o . z a!!! Your phone lines don't work either. You not responding to service emails! please assist or refund me so I can purchase access elsewhere.
