My adsl account has been cancelled, obviously through some sort of error. As I didn't request this. I've asked for support, 2 days later, still so response. Following this, my customers uncapped account was "capped"
I really grow tired of dealing with axxess and its problems. Its probably for the better, as my account was constantly throttled for exceeding 5gb per day.
Being a web developer, this wont be the only place I make my troubles with axxess known.
