Poor service from Vodacom billing/accounts

I took a gap contract with Vodacom in December 2011 and put in soft lock when the bill reaches R1500.00. Everytime when the phone has to be openned because it is 24hours afterthe debit order has gone through I will really struggle for the phone to be openned. Will have to phone Vodacom to open the phone even though the debit order has gone through. I am really angry this time around, my debit order went through on the 25th of July but as we speak my phone is still closed. I cannot wait until December when this contract expires, I have been putting for this since it has started. In this day and age why would vodacom take this long for a phine to open.
